Week 2 Goals
5 Goals for a Better Week:
1- Have only 5 meals on the days I have a cheat meal
2- No more snacking with Baily's snacks!
3- Make sure to do an early work-out on Thursday before Robert goes to work
4- Get enough sleep!
5- Keep blog updated
