hi there, i found your blog by googling BFL...have done BFL several times in the past and it works so wonderfully...good luck on your Disney run, 10 miles is NOTHING to shake a stick at! My! I'd like to just get back to doing 5Ks again, and my goal is the Expedition Everest Challenge in September. Good luck with everything, you definitely seem motivated!
